Fashion Photography Shoot
Brief:
You are to produce a portfolio of 14 concept-driven fashion or beauty photos resulting from collaborations with a creative team.
The photos are to be the result of a collaboration with an external team. This must be evidenced in a document detailing names, contact details and links to professional profiles and portfolios. The models and MUAs used must have at least 6 months proven industry experience that can be evidenced in their online profiles. Clothing is to be sourced from clothing designers.
The photos are to be based around a particular theme or concept. You can, however, break the work up into 2 creative sub-sets (of equal number) exploring 2 different themes and approaches if you so wish. In order to sustain visual variety ensure that you vary the outfits/looks – with no more than two images of each outfit/look.
Environmental Portraits: Birmingham Markets
Brief:
Produce a set of 5 Environmental Portraits, shot by yourself in response to this theme:
Retail……………………(shop workers, waiters etc)
You must shoot in Manual mode and each portrait must be of a different person.
Produce a Photo Essay comprising of 12 Photographic Images shot by yourself in response to this brief. The images should document a subject matter of your choice that you have previously detailed in your Proposal and Shoot plan. The subject matter cannot be university/student focused. You must use all 4 categories of Photo Essay shots (Establishing, Action, Portrait and Detail).
